Birthday Cards on Demand

Remembering someone’s birthday is a positive way to say to your contacts, "We care about you." A simple greeting at a meaningful time is always welcome and it helps you maintain contact beyond general correspondence. Integraphx offers an easy system to automatically send personalized birthday greetings via email and direct mail.

Birthday cards are delivered to your contacts the week of their birthday. Email messages are delivered on their actual birth date.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Work with an Integraphx representative to design a customized birthday card and birthday email.
Step 2: Import your data into the system. If it looks too complicated, don’t worry. We will gladly take care of this step for you.
Step 3: Periodically keep up your list. Our automated list allows you to add, delete, or modify the contact information for your contacts.
Step 4: Celebrate your contacts "Happy to be me" day!
